Position: Business Executive (51 Positions)

Location: Multiple Cities in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad Capital Territory, AJ&K, and Gilgit Baltistan

Educational Background

Intermediate (Minimum)

Preferably Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university (as per position requirements)

Professional Experience

Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field

Key Skills & Competencies

Achieve assigned business targets through effective sales and business strategies

Monitor franchisee performance and ensure alignment with company goals

Maintain updated records of franchisees, including performance and compliance status

Identify growth opportunities and potential franchise expansion areas

Conduct verifications, deliver training, and ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees

Ensure franchisee compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards through routine visits

Build relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key stakeholders

Prepare and present detailed reports on franchisee performance and business development

Proven experience in business development, sales, or franchise management

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools
