Cadet College Karachi

STAFF REQUIRED

Cadet College Karachi invites applications from eligible male candidates for the following positions:

1. Bursar

BPS: 18
Age Limit: Not more than 50 years

Educational Qualification:

  • ACCA / CFA / ACMA / MBA (Finance)

  • Or equivalent to 18 years of education

  • Degree must be from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC)

Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including:

  • Dealing with Government of Sindh departments

  • Coordination with Director General Audit, Sindh

  • Maintaining ledgers as per Government of Sindh standards and third-party audit compliance

  • Preparation of Annual Financial Reports

  • Preparation and management of Financial Year Budget

Preference:

  • Retired Major

  • Candidates having prior experience in a Cadet College or similar residential educational institution will be preferred.

2. Admin Officer

BPS: 17/18
Age Limit: Not more than 50 years

Educational Qualification:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized institution

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Sound knowledge of administration

  • Security management and discipline control

  • Estate management matters

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

General Instructions

a. Only male candidates are eligible to apply.
b. Candidates must submit applications/CVs along with:

  • Attested copies of academic and experience certificates

  • Domicile

  • National Identity Card (CNIC)

  • Three recent passport-size attested photographs

c. All appointments will be made on a contract basis for one year, with salary as per Government of Sindh rules.

  • On satisfactory performance, services may be regularized in the relevant pay scale as per Government of Sindh rules.

  • College allowance will be added later as per regulations.

  • The College reserves the right to terminate services on unsatisfactory performance at any time during the one-year probation period.

  • The probationary period may be extended if performance is found unsatisfactory.

d. Maximum age limit is 50 years. However, 3 years relaxation may be granted to highly suitable candidates.
