Our client, a prestigious and expanding bank, is seeking to recruit dynamic and energetic professionals for multiple positions within Branch Banking. These roles are suited for experienced banking individuals with a proven track record and the capability to act as a catalyst for transformation in a fast-paced, evolving banking environment.
We are looking for team players who are result-oriented, highly motivated, and eager to grow within a challenging yet rewarding career path. Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
Branch Operations Manager
Operations Officer
Credit Officer
Business Development Officer
(Maximum Grade: OG-II)
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university/institute.
Alternatively, candidates holding a local/international professional qualification or certification may also apply.
Minimum 3 years of relevant banking experience, preferably in branch banking across different banks.
Strong background in the following:
Interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal)
Leadership and team management
Networking
Monitoring & Evaluation
For Permanent Induction: Up to 42 years
For Contractual Induction: Up to 57 years
Must possess AJK Domicile/State Subject.
Excellent communication skills
Mandatory computer literacy

Mirpur Region – 15 Positions
Kotli Region – 15 Positions
Candidates will be appointed in branches within their domiciled Division only.
If no suitable candidate from the required area is available, vacancies may be filled by candidates from other districts.
Once appointed, staff will serve within their respective Division/District for a minimum of five years and will not be transferred outside the region during this period.
Only shortlisted candidates who meet the basic eligibility criteria will be called for a test/interview.
Candidates must clearly mention their preferred Region in the application.
