Available Positions:

  • Branch Managers
  • Relationship Managers
  • Senior Relationship Managers

Grade:

  • Up to Vice President (VP)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized or foreign institution.
  • 5-7 years of branch banking experience, with a strong emphasis on deposit mobilization.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth:

  • Achieve set targets for deposits, advances, trade, and cross-selling.
  • Focus on Current Accounts (CA) and New-to-Bank (NTB) customers.

2. Governance & Control:

  • Ensure seamless branch operations in compliance with SBP regulations and bank policies.

3. Customer Experience:

  • Maintain high service standards and ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints.
  • Work towards enhancing customer satisfaction.

4. Team Leadership:

  • Train, motivate, and manage branch staff to enhance overall performance and productivity.

Location:

  • Multiple locations across Pakistan.
