VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT

Ayub Teaching Hospital (ATH), Abbottabad, is an autonomous Medical Teaching Institution governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Act, 2015 and its amendments.

1. Facility Manager

Number of Posts: 01
Remuneration: As per MTI-ATH pay scale
Domicile: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Age Limit: 35–45 years

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Management or any relevant discipline

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in hospital or hospitality facility management

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing hospital facilities

  • Strategic planning skills for management of:

    • Food & Beverages

    • Laundry

    • Pest Control

    • Ward Management

Skills:

  • Proven ability to coordinate operational activities effectively

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Language Proficiency:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu


2. Manager Quality Assurance

Number of Posts: 01
Remuneration: As per MTI-ATH pay scale
Age Limit: 25–50 years

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

  • Master's Degree in Total Quality Management or equivalent

  • MBBS with Master’s in Health Management or Public Health preferred

  • Certification in CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) will be an advantage

Experience:

  • Strong background in healthcare quality systems

  • Experience with third-party hospital accreditation processes (e.g., Joint Commission, ISO, etc.)

Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills


General Terms & Conditions

  1. All positions are full-time, contractual appointments under MTI-ATH policies.

  2. Initial appointment is on probation for 1 year, extendable based on performance.

  3. Applicants must be in good physical and mental health.

  4. Applicants currently employed must resign from their existing job before joining.

  5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/test.

  6. No TA/DA will be provided.

  7. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.

  8. MTI-ATH reserves the right to:

    • Cancel the recruitment process at any stage
