UNIVERSITY OF POONCH RAWALAKOT

SITUATION VACANT NOTICE

Applications are invited on the prescribed application form for the following teaching and administrative positions on a regular basis:

1. Faculty Position

2. Administrative Position

Assistant Director, Quality Enhancement Cell (Regular) 01 BPS-17 QEC Master’s/BS (16 years of education) with at least 2nd division or CGPA 2.5/4.0 from HEC-recognized university/institution 21–40 Years

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Submit attested copies of degrees, transcripts, certificates, and photos along with the prescribed application form either in-person or via general post to the Registrar, University of Poonch Rawalakot.

  2. Application forms are available at the Registrar’s Office during office hours or can be downloaded from the University website: www.upr.edu.pk/downloads/category/job-application-forms

  3. Fee Challan (available at https://lms.upr.edu.pk/fees/challans) must be paid in any HBL branch:

    • Rs. 2000/- for BPS-17

    • Rs. 4000/- for BPS-19 and above

  4. Applicants for Associate Professor must submit:

    • Prescribed application form

    • Five sets of testimonials and published research papers

  5. In-service candidates must apply through proper channels to avail age relaxation.

  6. Foreign degree holders must submit HEC equivalence certificate.

  7. Attach marks obtained/total marks certificates of all degrees. CGPA-only records will not be accepted unless converted using UPR’s official conversion formula.

  8. Experience claims must be supported by documentary proof.

  9. Qualifications must be registered with relevant professional councils (if applicable).

  10. Terminal degree must be in a relevant subject/field. Preference for those with all qualifications in the same field.

  11. The University reserves the right to partially or fully cancel the advertisement.

  12. If more than 30 applicants apply for an administrative post, a written/screening test will be conducted.

  13. AJ&K nationals will be given preference.

  14. Persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.

  15. Applications (clearly mentioning the post) must reach the Registrar's Office on or before 20-05-2025.

  16. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
