Qualification:

Minimum CA Inter / ACCA qualified with CA Articles completed.

Experience:

At least 2-3 years of post-articles experience handling taxation matters independently, especially sales tax, within a reputable organization.
Proven expertise in dealing with FBR and all four provincial sales tax authorities.
Skilled in preparing and filing sales tax returns, responding to notices, and representing cases before commissioners and appellate tribunals.

Skills & Abilities:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated track record of tax savings and contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities:

Preparation, finalization, and filing of monthly sales tax returns with FBR, SRB, PRA, KPRA, and BRA.
Preparing monthly sales tax reconciliation statements to promptly resolve discrepancies.
Managing the preparation, filing, and follow-up of sales tax refund claims.
Coordinating with tax consultants to handle sales tax notices and appeals.
Presenting sales tax matters before the Board of Directors (BOD).
Advising projects and subsidiary companies on routine sales tax issues.
Conducting sales tax audits of projects to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
Assisting in compiling data for tax cases related to projects and subsidiaries.
