Applications are invited from suitable candidates domiciled in Punjab for appointment on an Adhoc basis (for one year or until the arrival of a regular incumbent) at the "Hub & Spoke Model" in Zahir Pir, Rahim Yar Khan.

Assistant Professor (General Surgery) 18 01 MBBS or equivalent with SR/FCPS/MS in General Surgery or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC/PMC.
Senior Registrar (General Surgery) 18 01 MBBS or equivalent with postgraduate qualification (FCPS/MS) in the specialty or equivalent.
Medical Officer / Women Medical Officer 17 02 MBBS with one-year house job. (Includes Minority Quota).

### Required Documents (02 Attested Sets)

Applicants must submit two sets of the following documents along with the prescribed application form:

  • Matriculation Certificate (showing Date of Birth) or "O" Level equivalence.

  • Intermediate Certificate or "A" Level equivalence.

  • MBBS Degree and Detail Marks Certificates (1st to Final Prof).

  • Domicile Certificate of any district in Punjab.

  • Valid CNIC (both sides).

  • Valid PM&DC/PMC Registration certificate.

  • Experience/Eligibility Certificates and faculty registration (where applicable).

  • Research Work: 02 sets of published research (for teaching faculty posts).

  • Additional: Hafiz-e-Quran certificate, Disability certificate, or Ex-Service Man certificate (if claiming quota).

  • Photographs: 02 recent passport-size photos.
