Assistant Regional Director Required

Army public school & colleges aim to provide comprehensive education of the highest quality to develop intellectual and social skill of students. A competent dynamic and professionally qualified person is required as Assistant Regional Director. He will work on behalf of Regional Director with Formation for implementation of directives and policies Issued from time to time. He will provide an interface between Formation schools and Regional Director Office.
Pre-requisities
1. Should have sound experience in administration / staff and training.
2. Should have good communication skills to conduct training.
3. Should have good IT skills to adapt to online education system.
4. Should be resourceful to coordinate with various organizations.
5. Forthcoming and proactive to follow the schedule.
6. Well conversed with APSACS policies and system.
7. Should be dynamic to move to far flung areas.
8. Preference will be given to Retd Army Officers (Lt Col/ Maj) or male teacher in case of a civil candidate.
  Qualification - MA/MSc/Equivalent
  Age - Upto 52 years
Employment Contract. Will be employed on contract basis for a period of 3years, which can be extended on matual consent of both parties.
Salary: Salary package will be fixed as per last drawn salary in case of retired Army Officer, while salary package of civil candidate can be negotiated as per qualification experience.
No TA/DA will be admissible for test/ interview.
