CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following positions under the project "Establishment of Sub-Campus at Batkhela, University of Malakand". These positions are purely on a fixed project-based contract for an initial period of one year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and till the completion of the project.

1. Faculty Positions (Female Only)

All academic qualifications must be from HEC recognized institutions.

2. Administrative Positions

04 Resident Assistant Warden Female Master’s degree with 10 years administrative experience
05 Network Administrator - BSCS / BSIT or equivalent with experience
06 HTV Driver - HTV license with relevant experience
07 LTV Driver - LTV license with 5 years’ experience in semi-government sector
08 Female Hostel Warden Female Master’s degree from recognized university
09 Naib Qasid Female Literate, preference to experienced candidates
10 Sweeper Female Literate, physically fit
11 Security Guard - Retired personnel preferred, physically fit

General Instructions / Terms & Conditions

  1. Location of Posts:

    • Administrative posts are based at Malakand Division.

    • Faculty posts are specifically for the Sub-Campus at Batkhela (District Malakand and District Dir Lower).

  2. Domicile Requirements:

    • Posts will be filled from eligible candidates having domicile of Dir Lower or Dir Upper.

    • If no eligible candidate is found in the jurisdiction, candidates from other districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa may be considered.

  3. Application Fee (Non-refundable):

    • Assistant Professor: Rs. 5,000/-

    • Administrative Posts (Serial No. 07 & 05): Rs. 3,500/-

    • Other positions: Rs. 1,500/-

    Fees must be deposited online via the University CMS Portal.

  4. Last Date to Apply Online: April 28, 2025

  5. Important Notes:

    • Incomplete applications or applications without required documents will be rejected.

    • Printed copies of applications must be submitted along with the original fee deposit slip.

    • Candidates already in government/semi-government/autonomous bodies must provide NOC from their employer.

    • Foreign degree holders must submit equivalency certificates from HEC.

    • Salary packages will be as per approved PC-1 of the project.

    • Selection may involve screening through testing agencies where applicable.

    • Age Limit: 18 to 45 years

    • Quota: 2% for minorities, 2% for disabled persons (PWD) will be applied as per rules.

  6. Final Authority:

    • The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel any or all positions without assigning any reason.

    • Errors and omissions are subject to rectification by the University as per regulations.
