2. OPEN POSITIONS BY DEPARTMENT

ANAESTHESIA DEPARTMENT

 
Position Title Qualification Experience
Assistant Professor FCPS in Anaesthesia or equivalent qualification. Experience & Publications as per PMDC requirements.
Consultant FCPS/MCPS in Anaesthesia or equivalent qualification. 03 to 05 years experience for FCPS; 05 to 07 years for MCPS.
Specialist MCPS/DA/IMM cleared in Anaesthesia or equivalent qualification. 03 to 05 years experience.
Senior RMO MBBS, MCPS Anaesthesia Training completed. Fresh candidates are eligible.

LABORATORY (RESEARCH & PUBLICATIONS)

 
Position Title Qualification Experience
Senior Lecturer / Assistant Professor (Haematology) FCPS in Haematology or equivalent qualification. Experience & Publications as per PMDC requirements.
Senior Lecturer / Assistant Professor (Chemical Pathology) FCPS in Chemical Pathology or equivalent qualification. Experience & Publications as per PMDC requirements.
Epidemiologist MBBS with MSc in Epidemiology and Biostatistics. Sound knowledge of research and report writing skills; good management, presentation, and organizational skills. At least 03 to 05 years of post-qualification research experience.

PAEDS NEPHROLOGY

 
Position Title Qualification Experience
Coordinator Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field. 10 years of relevant experience in coordination and administrative support to top Management, preferably in a hospital setup.

ADMINISTRATION

 
Position Title Qualification Experience
Secretary/Coordinator Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field. 01 to 02 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hospital setup.

PATIENT SAFETY & QUALITY ASSURANCE (PSQA)

 
Position Title Qualification Experience
Patient Safety & Quality Assurance Officer Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; certification in quality management and patient safety preferred. 02 to 03 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on Quality Assurance & Improvement.

ADVOCACY & COMMUNICATION

 
Position Title Qualification Experience
Social Media Specialist Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Media Studies, or a relevant field. 03 to 05 years of relevant experience in social media management, preferably in a healthcare, corporate, or reputable organization.
Photographer / Videographer / Editor Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Photography, Videography, Media Studies, Mass Communication, or a relevant field. 02 to 03 years of relevant experience preferred, with strong video/photo editing skills and proficiency in relevant editing software.

LAUNDRY SERVICES

Supervisor Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. 05 years of Supervisory experience in a hospital, hotel, or commercial laundry setup.
Washer Man Middle/Matric. 02 years of experience in a hospital or hotel laundry setup.

TRANSPORT

 
Position Title Qualification Experience
Driver (HTV) Matric.
Note: Valid Driving License is mandatory.		 02 to 03 years of experience as an HTV Driver.

HOUSEKEEPING

 
Position Title Qualification Experience
Manager Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or any relevant field. 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in a hospital setup.

FIRE & SAFETY (Karachi, Sukkur, Larkana)

 
Position Title Qualification Experience
Supervisor Intermediate Science or equivalent, with additional certifications or training in fire & safety science, or related fields. 08 years of experience, out of which 03 years as Fire & Safety Supervisor.
Fire Fighter Matric with additional certifications or training in fire & safety science, or related fields. 02 to 03 years of experience as Fire Fighter.
