AiD is seeking qualified, motivated, and experienced professionals for multiple positions at its Islamabad office.

Available Positions and Requirements

1. Assistant Manager – Engineering and Business Development

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.

    • Additional qualification in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Development Studies preferred (Master’s preferred).

  • Experience:

    • 3–4 years of proven experience in civil engineering consulting.

    • Expertise in business development, networking, partnership building, technical proposal writing, public sector/donor communication, and oversight of engineering sector projects.

2. Assistant Engineer – Operations and Business Development (Power/Energy Sector)

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration.

    • Additional qualification in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Development Studies preferred.

  • Experience:

    • 1-year experience in the Power/Energy consulting industry.

    • Focus on business development and project oversight.

3. Assistant Engineer – Operations and Business Development (Civil Engineering Portfolio)

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.

    • Additional qualification in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Development Studies preferred.

  • Experience:

    • 1-year experience in Civil Engineering consulting industry.

    • Focus on business development and project oversight.

4. Business Development Professional (Sugar and/or Textile Sectors)

  • Qualifications:

    • Strong industry relationships and network in Sugar and/or Textile sectors.

  • Experience:

    • 10+ years’ experience in business development, engineering, sales, or corporate relations.

    • Proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
