A Joint Venture of the Government of Balochistan and Pakistan Petroleum Limited

Job Vacancy Announcement

Bolan Mining Enterprises (BME), a joint venture between the Government of Balochistan and Pakistan Petroleum Limited, invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions.

All appointments will initially be made on a one-year contract basis, which may be extended depending on the employee’s performance and organizational requirements.

1. Assistant Manager – Khuzdar Operations

Location: BME Khuzdar
Age Limit: Maximum 50 years

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

  • MBA in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Project Management will be preferred.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the mining or industrial sector.

Additional Requirements

Candidates should demonstrate:

  • A proven record of leadership and team management.

  • Experience in handling large-scale mining or industrial projects.

  • The ability to work effectively in challenging and remote environments.

2. Legal & Community Development Officer

Location: BME, Balochistan
Age Limit: Maximum 55 years

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Relations from an HEC-recognized institute.

  • Candidates with a Master’s Degree in a relevant field will be given preference.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 20 years of active service in community development projects.

  1. Preference will be given to candidates from the province of Balochistan, provided they meet the required eligibility criteria.
