ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited (HAZECO) is a newly established public sector company under the administrative control of the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Government of Pakistan. The company is licensed to supply and distribute electricity across eight districts of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.

The Company is currently focused on strengthening its human resource base and enhancing its institutional capacity. Candidates should be proactive, well-versed in corporate grooming ideals, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Screening Test: All candidates must appear in the ETEA screening test. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the Appointing Authority. If any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she shall be disqualified.

2. NADRA Verification: All candidates are required to get their CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk) before applying. Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.

3. Academic Qualification: Candidates possessing academic qualifications from foreign universities must provide an equivalence certificate from the Higher Education Commission (HEC). In case of any discrepancy in the percentage declared in the application form or failure to produce the required equivalence certificate, the candidate shall not be allowed to appear in the interview.

4. Percentage Conversion: Candidates must mention the percentage/equivalence of their CGPA as per the policy of their respective university.

5. Shortlisting: Shortlisting of candidates will be based on the test conducted by ETEA under HAZECO's Policy on Contract Employment, 2025. Interview call letters will be issued only to shortlisted candidates.

6. Service Posting: Selected candidates shall be required to perform duty anywhere within the area of service of HAZECO, as per the requirement of the Company.

7. Eligibility Date: Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of applications.

8. Awaiting Results: Candidates awaiting their results are not eligible to apply. Only those who have already completed their degrees/certifications may apply.

9. Proper Channel: Candidates already in government service must apply through the proper channel.

10. Resignation Requirement: The selected candidate shall be required to resign from their current regular or contractual employment and submit a relieving letter before joining HAZECO.

11. Separate Applications: Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.

12. No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for tests or interviews.

13. Criminal Record: Dismissed/screened-out employees of any organization or those having a criminal record are not eligible for employment in HAZECO.

14. Concealment/Misrepresentation: Concealment or misrepresentation of facts at any stage will lead to disqualification.

15. Foreign Degree: In the case of a foreign degree, an equivalence certificate from HEC must be provided.

TEST & INTERVIEW INFORMATION

• Test Schedule: Date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the roll number slip.

• Roll Number Slip: Will be issued to candidates for the screening test through postal/courier means.

• Interview Calls: Only shortlisted candidates will receive interview call letters.
