VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) is a state-owned enterprise engaged in the exploration, mining, and marketing of various minerals. Operating under the administrative control of the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan, PMDC invites applications for the following position on an open-term contract basis:


Position Title:

Assistant Manager (Sales Administration)


Qualification Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education)

  • Recognized by: Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan

  • Preferred Fields of Study:

    • Business Administration

    • Marketing

    • Economics


Experience:

  • Minimum Required: 2 years

  • Relevant Areas of Experience:

    • Account Management

    • Marketing

    • Client Management

    • Market Analytics


Age Limit:

  • Maximum Age: 30 Years


Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research with a focus on the mining industry, including coal, salt, and other minerals.

  • Administer end-to-end sales operations at project sites, ensuring compliance with company marketing and sales strategies.

  • Coordinate with site managers to monitor sales targets and performance.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and monitor progress against set targets.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management.
