VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Introduction

The Peshawar High Court, Abbottabad Bench, invites applications from eligible and qualified candidates for appointment against the following vacant positions.

  • Candidates applying for Serial No. 1 to 7 must be permanent residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province.

  • Candidates applying for Serial No. 8 and 9 must be permanent residents and domicile holders of districts falling under Hazara Division (Abbottabad, Haripur, Mansehra, Battagram, Torghar, Kolai Pallas, Lower Kohistan, and Upper Kohistan).

Terms and Conditions

  1. Online Application Submission:
    Eligible candidates must submit their applications online through the official website:

    • No documents are required to be uploaded at the time of submission.

    • However, at the time of interview, candidates must present the original documents, including educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, and character certificates issued by two respectable citizens (not relatives) who are well-acquainted with the applicant’s character and conduct.

    • One attested copy of all documents must also be submitted.

    • Any candidate found submitting false or forged documents will face legal action.

  2. Age Calculation:

    • For Serial No. 1 to 7, the age limit will be calculated as of 1st January 2025.

    • For all other positions, the age limit will be calculated up to the last date of application submission (26th November 2025).

    • Relaxation in upper age limit will be granted as per government rules.

  3. Government Employees:

    • Applicants currently serving in government or semi-government organizations must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department at the time of interview.

  4. Application Deadline:

    • Applications submitted after the due date or incomplete applications will not be accepted.

  5. Salary and Allowances:

    • Upon appointment, employees will receive pay and allowances in accordance with the law and government rules applicable to their positions.

  6. Selection Process:

    • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test and interview.

    • No TA/DA (Travel or Daily Allowance) will be paid for appearing in tests/interviews.

  7. Authority Rights:

    • The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.

    • It also holds the right to increase or decrease the number of advertised posts or modify/cancel the advertisement as per policy.
