SITUATION VACANT

Applications are invited for recruitment in the office of the Advocate General, Islamabad Capital Territory, on a regular basis from Pakistani nationals fulfilling the criteria mentioned below:

1. Assistant (BPS-15)

  • Quota: ICT = 1, Punjab = 1
  • No. of Posts: 02
  • Maximum Age Limit: 28 years
  • Educational Qualification/Experience: Graduate

2. Steno Typist (BPS-14)

  • Quota: ICT = 2, Punjab = 1
  • No. of Posts: 03
  • Maximum Age Limit: 25 years
  • Educational Qualification/Experience:
    • Intermediate
    • Minimum shorthand/typing speed of 80/40 w.p.m.
    • Preference for computer literates

3. UDC (BPS-13)

  • Quota: ICT = 2, Punjab = 1, Sindh (R) = 1

  • Maximum Age Limit: 25 years

Terms and Conditions

  1. Age Relaxation: Age relaxation as per Government Policy (5 years upper age relaxation included).
  2. Government Employees: Candidates already working in Government departments/organizations must apply through proper channels.
  3. IT Training: Candidates for posts 1, 3, and 4 must complete mandatory IT Training (including MS Office) through the National Information Technology Board (NITB).
  4. Eligibility Date: Age, qualification, and experience will be counted as of the closing date of this advertisement.
  5. Post Adjustments: The department reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts.
  6. Separate Applications: Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate applications.
  7. Application Deadline: Submit applications within 15 days of the advertisement's publication.
  8. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
  9. No TA/DA: No travel allowance will be provided for test/interview.
