RECRUITMENT ADVERTISEMENT – SWAT LEVIES FORCE

Applications are invited only from permanent residents (domicile holders) of District Swat for recruitment to the following posts in the Swat Levies Force, through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

1. Assistant

  • BS (4 years) in Computer Science / Information Technology with at least Second Division from a recognized university
    OR

General Terms & Conditions

1. All appointments shall be made on a regular basis in accordance with the prevailing laws and rules of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

2. All eligible candidates will be allowed to appear in the ETEA Screening Test. If, during scrutiny, any candidate is found ineligible at any stage, he/she shall be disqualified from recruitment.

3. Shortlisting of candidates shall be carried out according to Government of KP rules.

4. Successful candidates will be informed regarding the interview.

5. Eligibility of candidates shall be determined as of the closing date for receipt of applications.

6. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date shall not be entertained.

7. Age relaxation shall be granted as per prevailing government rules.

8. Candidates working in government or semi-government organizations must apply through proper channel.

   • Only experience certificates issued by government, semi-government departments, or government projects, duly counter-signed by the head of the department, shall be accepted.

   • Experience from private institutions will not be considered.

9. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to increase, decrease, or cancel the advertised vacancies without assigning any reason.

10. No TA/DA shall be admissible for test or interview.

11. In case of foreign qualifications, candidates must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Procedure to Apply

1. Interested candidates may apply online through ETEA’s website:

2. After submitting the online application, a UBL deposit slip will be generated containing the candidate’s name, CNIC, and applied post.

3. Print the deposit slip and deposit the prescribed (non-refundable) test fee at any UBL branch or through Easypaisa.

4. Keep the original paid deposit slip (with bank stamp) for record.

5. Candidates must not send documents to ETEA after online application. All documents should be retained and will be required from candidates who qualify the screening test.

6. Online application forms will be available from 09 February 2026.

   • Last date to apply: 28 February 2026

7. Candidates will be informed about downloading their Roll Number Slips via SMS. Therefore, mobile numbers should remain active throughout the recruitment process.

8. All information regarding the screening test will be mentioned on the Roll Number Slip.

9. No separate call letter will be issued by post or courier for the screening test.
