Applications are invited by the Finance Division (Military Finance Wing) from eligible candidates, both male and female, who possess a Domicile of Balochistan, to fill up the undermentioned post under the Establishment Division's one-time dispensation policy for FY-2026-2027 in the following category:

Age Limit i. 18–30 years, with a specific additional relaxation of 05 years for candidates from Balochistan notified by the Establishment Division on 22-10-2026 (Total: 35 years of age in lieu of relaxation only; will be calculated as of the closing date of the advertisement). ii. Ex-Servicemen: Upper age limit relaxed by the number of years actually served in the armed forces or 15 years, whichever is less. iii. Government Servants (02 years' service): 10 years' additional relaxation up to the age of 55 years (apply through proper channel). iv. The age relaxation for disabled candidates is 10 years. v. Where a candidate is entitled to age relaxation under more than one category specified in item No. 4 (i to iv) above, relaxation in age shall be allowed in one category only.
Last Qualification i. Graduate (Bachelor's Degree, 14 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university. ii. 6-week Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) — relaxation granted up to the termination of the probation period; candidates must acquire and qualify it during probation prior to confirmation.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Medical Fitness: The selected candidate must submit a Medical Certificate as required under Rule 17 of the Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1973, and in case the candidate is declared medically unfit, the alternate candidate shall be offered the post.

  2. Local Status: Only candidates holding a valid Domicile Certificate of Balochistan (relevant districts of Balochistan) are eligible. Any candidate found holding a dual domicile or a domicile from another province will be disqualified immediately.

  3. Security Clearance: Final appointment is subject to verification of academic degrees, character, and security clearance from relevant agencies/police.

  4. Transfer/Posting: The selected employee will be liable to serve anywhere in Pakistan.

  5. Application Rejection: Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be entertained.

  6. No TA/DA: No Traveling Allowance or Daily Allowance will be paid for appearing in interviews.

  7. Departmental Rights: The Finance Division (Military Finance Wing) reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

  8. False Information: If any information or document provided by the candidate is found bogus/fake at any stage (even after joining), the appointment will be terminated, and legal action will be initiated.

General Information:

  • Recruitment will be done at the doorstep (at district level) with the help of newly established Employment Cells in the districts of Balochistan as a special case, to ensure recruitment of residents under the mechanism/criteria defined by the Establishment Division vide their O.Ms No. 2/5/2026-BEFC/001 dated 22 Oct 2026 and 27 Oct 2026.

  • Recruitment will be done through walk-in interview (no entry test and no written test).

  • Upper age relaxation of 5 years instead of the existing 3 years, in addition to the 5 years' general age relaxation.

  • Interested candidates are required to submit their online applications within fifteen (15) days of publication of this advertisement through the National Job Portal (NJP) at https://njp.gov.pk/.
