Wanted:

Applications are invited from eligible candidates possessing the following required qualifications for the under-mentioned regular posts in the Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat, which is a government institution, under the 6 Balochistan Quota.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Age relaxation as per Federal Government policy:

    • Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (Scheduled Castes), Buddhist community: 03 years

    • Ex-servicemen of the Armed Forces of Pakistan: 16 years or the actual years of service in the Armed Forces (whichever is less)

    • Government employees: must have completed 2 years of continuous government service as of the last date for receipt of applications; up to 10 years — maximum 85 years for such individuals; 10 years

    • Widow/wife or son/daughter of a person who died during service: 05 years

  • If a candidate is entitled to age relaxation in more than one category mentioned above (01 or more), he/she will be allowed age relaxation in only one category.

  • Eligible candidates are advised to apply using the specific NJP (National Job Portal) link created for Balochistan Quota recruitment at http://nip.gov.pk. Applications can also be submitted to the Balochistan Federal Employment Facilitation Cell (BEFC), Establishment Division's designated cells established for this purpose.

  • Candidates already in government service must provide an NOC from their parent department at the time of interview.

  • Successful candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan as required.

  • Candidates must present original documents along with CNIC and domicile certificate at the time of interview, along with verified educational certificates/degrees issued by HEC-recognized universities.

  • If any information provided by candidates is found false or incorrect, their candidature will be cancelled and legal action will be taken against such candidates during any stage of recruitment and even after employment.

  • The Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

General Information:

  • Applications must be received within 15 days of the publication date of this advertisement.

  • To ensure recruitment of local residents, recruitment will be carried out at the district level (door-to-door) with the help of Employment Cells established in the districts of Balochistan on a special case basis.

  • Selection will be made through a Walk-in-Interview process (no interview or written test will be conducted).

  • Applications received after the due date, incomplete, or improperly submitted through NJP will not be considered.

  • All eligible male and female candidates are encouraged to apply for the posts.

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

  • No TA/DA will be given for appearing in the interview.
