General Conditions & Important Instructions

  1. PEC Registration (for S.No. 1 to 8): Eligible candidates must have registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

  2. Additional Benefits: Individuals with MS/Specialized experience in the relevant field may be considered for additional benefits based on Selection Board recommendations.

  3. Academic Tolerance: Only one 2nd Division (not less than 50%) in the entire academic career from Matric onwards is allowed.

  4. Degree Recognition: All required academic qualifications must be from HEC/BISE/Technical Boards/Institutes recognized by respective Governing Bodies.

  5. Degree Verification: Selected candidates must submit copies of degrees duly attested/verified by the concerned issuing authorities (e.g., HEC, BISE, IBCC) at the time of joining.

  6. O/A Level Candidates: Must provide equivalent marks (given by IBCC) in the application.

  7. Shortlisting: Compliance with advertised criteria does not guarantee shortlisting. Further shortlisting may be based on higher grades, relevant experience, age, or other criteria deemed appropriate.

  8. In-Service Candidates: Candidates already in Government Service must apply Through Proper Channel and submit a NOC (No Objection Certificate) at the time of interview.

  9. Concealment of Information: Concealment of information in any respect may disqualify the applicant at any stage.

  10. Photograph: A passport-size photograph (Blue Background) is mandatory in the online application form. Recommended format is JPEG, and size must not exceed 100KB.

  11. Organization Rights: The organization reserves the right to withdraw/cancel post(s), change terms of employment, or reject any application at any stage without assigning any reason.

  12. Benefits: The organization provides fringe service benefits including official accommodation/hiring, pick & drop, and medical facilities as per rules.

  13. Nature of Employment: Posts are purely temporary but likely to be continued for an indefinite period and will be governed under the Contributory Pension Fund (CPF) scheme.
