Punjab Forest & Wildlife Department

Applications are invited from eligible candidates domiciled in Punjab for recruitment on a contract basis under the Development Project titled:

“GIS-Based Protection Regime and Establishment of Digital Communication Cell in Forestry & Wildlife Department”

Appointments will be made for the project period against the following posts:

DETAIL OF POSTS

1. Assistant Director – Remote Sensing & Image Processing (PPS-7)

• No. of Posts: 01

• Qualification:

  • 16 years of education (Second Division) in Space Science / Remote Sensing / GIS / Geoinformatics or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 02 years post-qualification experience in GIS, Space Science, or Remote Sensing applications in a recognized public or private organization.

• Age Limit: 23–30 years

• Salary: Rs. 157,500/- per month

• Place of Posting: Anywhere in Punjab

2. Motion Graphics Artist (PPS-7)

• No. of Posts: 01

• Qualification:

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (16 years education) in Fine Arts / Film & TV / Computer Science or other relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 03 years of relevant experience.

  • Proven expertise in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.

  • Strong design skills with experience producing motion graphics for video, web, and social media platforms.

• Age Limit: 23–30 years

• Salary: Rs. 200,000/- per month

• Qualification:

  • Typing speed 25 WPM in English.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• General age relaxation will be allowed as per Government of Punjab S&GAD Notification No. SOR-I(S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 08-06-2016.

• Recruitment will be purely on contract basis for the project period.

• Only candidates domiciled in Punjab are eligible to apply.

• Government employees must provide NOC/DPC at the time of interview.

• Annual increment will be applicable as per approved PC-1 / Government policies.

• Incomplete or late applications will be rejected without notice.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.

• The Department reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any post without prior notice.

• Selected candidates will not have any right to permanent appointment.
