Assistant Director (International Cooperation/Policy)

An Islamabad-based progressive organization is seeking a dynamic and qualified individual for this role on a merit basis.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Minimum Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: A professional degree in Public Policy, International Development, or Environmental Policy from an HEC-recognized local or foreign educational institution.
  • Experience: At least three (3) years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Excellent report writing skills
    • Effective communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Additional Qualifications (Advantageous but not mandatory):

  • MBA or Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Electronics).

Preference may be given to candidates with experience in:
? Coordination with international donor agencies or development partners for appraisal and implementation of programs/activities.
? Energy policies, including:

  • Policy issue identification
  • Research and consultation
  • Data gathering and analysis
    ? Preparing reports and related documentation.
