Eligible Qualification & Experience (either of the following):

  • Master of Sciences (18 years) in Engineering (Civil Engineering) with three (03) years post-qualification relevant experience; OR

  • Bachelor's Degree (16 years) in Engineering (Civil Engineering) with five (05) years post-qualification relevant experience
