VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT: PRINCIPAL REQUIRED

Army Public School Cambridge Section, Sargodha Cantt, invites applications for the position of Principal to lead the Academic Campus on a contract basis for two years, extendable upon satisfactory performance.

a. Qualification

  • Minimum Master’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university.

b. Eligibility Criteria / Experience

  • Preferred Qualification: M.Phil or Ph.D.

  • For Retired Armed Forces Personnel: Rank of Lieutenant Colonel or above.

  • For Civilians:

    • 8–10 years of teaching/administrative experience in a reputed Cambridge school/college.

    • Previous roles as Principal or Vice Principal will be given preference.

c. Required Skills & Experience

  • Highly committed educationist with a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Excellent proficiency in ICT (Information and Communication Technology).

  • Outstanding spoken and written English skills.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Proven track record in managing a reputed Cambridge system institute.

  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of curriculum design, assessment frameworks, and international education models.

  • At least 5 years teaching experience in schools/colleges offering international examinations.

f. Age Limit

  • Between 35 to 50 years.

g. Fitness Requirements

  • Medically and physically fit.

h. Nationality

  • Must be Pakistani.

  • Dual nationality holders are not eligible.
