APPRENTICES REQUIRED
Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Limited (PSPC), a wholly owned subsidiary of the State Bank of Pakistan, is registered under the Companies Act, 2017. PSPC specializes in printing banknotes and prize bonds. In compliance with The Sindh Apprenticeship Act 2023, PSPC invites applications from hard-working, self-motivated, and well-disciplined individuals. These openings are for a three-year Apprenticeship Program in various trades.

Important Notes:

  • Location: These positions are Karachi-based.
  • Stipend: Apprentices will receive a market-competitive monthly stipend.
  • Selection Process: Candidates will be shortlisted based on:
    • Written test
    • Panel interview
    • Medical fitness
  • Security Clearance: Induction will be subject to the security clearance of successful candidates, per policy.
  • Integrity: Any misinformation, influence, or forwarding of recommendations will lead to disqualification.
  • Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further processing.
  • Employment: Completion of the Apprenticeship Program does not guarantee regular employment with PSPC.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Minimum matriculation, preferably with a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in the following disciplines:
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Electronics/Instrumentation & Process Control
    • Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Chemical Engineering
    • Printing & Graphic Art
    • Dies & Moulds
  • Age Limit: Maximum 25 years as of the last date of application submission.
