Luther Western Bar Division, Thingi – Irrigation Department

Applications are invited from candidates on plain paper with signatures for recruitment on a work-charge basis for the following posts and place of posting:

4 Work-Charge Computer Operator 18 to 35 years FA with typing speed of 35 WPM, minimum 1-year experience as Computer Operator. Preference for Urdu typists. Luther Western Bar Canal Division
5 Work-Charge Driver 18 to 35 years Literate, must have LTV license and minimum 2 years of driving experience. Luther Western Bar Canal Division
6 Seasonal Work-Charge Sweeper 18 to 25 years Literate; Height: 5 ft 4 in minimum, at least 2 years of experience. Luther Western Bar Canal Division

Conditions & Instructions:

  1. Recruitment will be based strictly on merit according to Government Policy No. 2003-1-10 SORS&GAD dated 01-02-2016.

  2. These positions are purely temporary. Any selected individual can be relieved from duty at any time. There is no right to regularization through legal action or court stay.

  3. Applications must be submitted to the undersigned’s office by May 10, 2025.

  4. Preference will be given to candidates residing closest to the place of posting.

  5. Applications must be accompanied by attested copies of educational certificates, CNIC, and two passport-sized photographs. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.

  6. Employees of government or semi-government departments must apply through proper channel.

  7. Incomplete applications or those not meeting the criteria will not be entertained.

  8. Interview and merit list will be conducted on May 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Divisional Office. If postponed, the new date will be May 13, 2025, at the same venue.

  9. The candidate must belong to the command area of Luther Western Bar Division, Thingi.

  10. If the post is no longer required, the candidate can be terminated.

  11. Old or previously submitted applications will not be accepted.

  12. The number of posts may increase or decrease at the time of recruitment, and the decision will be final.

  13. No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided for attending the interview.
