SITUATION VACANT

The University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore, a prominent public sector institution, is seeking applications from qualified and experienced professionals for a contract-based position. Available Position

  • Position Title: Additional Treasurer

  • Grade: BPS-19

  • Number of Vacancies: 01

  • Required Qualification & Experience:

    • MBA / M.Com / CA with at least Second Division

    • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in accounts within a government organization

Application Process

The application process consists of two phases:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Candidates must fill the online application form available at https://portals.uhs.edu.pk

  2. The form should be completed with accurate personal, educational, and professional details.

    • Note: Once submitted, the form cannot be edited.

  3. After submission, click the “DOWNLOAD AND PRINT” button to get a copy of the filled form.

    • If the download is not possible immediately, the form can be accessed later using the “SEARCH” option.

  4. Pay the prescribed application fee using the computer-generated challan through any Bank of Punjab (BOP) branch.

    • Application Fee for BPS-19: Rs. 2,000

  5. Attach the following documents with the printed application form:

    • Attested copies of all educational and experience certificates

    • CNIC

    • Domicile

    • Recent passport-size color photographs

    • Original bank challan

  6. Submit the complete application by hand or post to the following address:

Important Notes

  • Appointment is on a contract basis as per UHS Service Statutes 2005.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in public sector medical universities/institutions.

  • No TA/DA will be provided for interviews.

  • Selected candidates may be posted at any campus of the university (City or Jinnah Campus, Kala Shah Kaku).

  • Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be considered.

  • Maximum age limit at the time of interview: 55 years

  • Only Punjab domiciled candidates are eligible.

  • The university reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions without notice.

  • Applicants currently employed in government or public sector departments must apply through proper channel.
