Additional Director Finance (Operations) CA (Final)/CA Qualified/Equivalent Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in public/corporate sector finance, including budgeting, financial planning & analysis, internal controls, financial reporting, statutory audits, taxation (FBR), compliance with PPRA rules, ERP-based financial systems, contract financial vetting, project costing, liaison with auditors, regulators and banks. Experience in large housing authorities/development organizations preferred. 45
Additional Director Legal LLB/LLM Minimum 15 years experience as a practicing lawyer, preferably before High Courts. Expertise in civil, corporate, land acquisition, property, constitutional matters, arbitration, contract drafting, formulation & vetting of JV agreements, and representation of organizations before courts, tribunals, NAB, and regulatory bodies. Prior experience with housing authorities or large public organizations preferred. 45
Project Engineer (Civil) BSc/MSc (Civil Engineering) Minimum 10 years experience in development works including earthworks, roads, sewerage, water supply, storm water systems, and allied infrastructure. Experience in project execution, site supervision, quality control, contract administration, measurement books, coordination with consultants/contractors, and compliance with approved drawings/specifications in large-scale housing projects. 45
Project Engineer (Electrical) BSc/MSc (Electrical Engineering) Minimum 10 years experience in electrification works, including internal/external electrification, street lighting, substations, load management, coordination with utility agencies (LESCO/WAPDA), tendering, transmission lines, testing & commissioning, and technical supervision of electrical infrastructure in housing developments. 45
Deputy Director Legal LLB/LLM Minimum 10 years experience in litigation management, legal drafting, preparation of written statements, replies, contracts, and MOUs. Hands-on experience in property disputes, estate matters, court coordination, and legal advisory roles in public/corporate organizations. 45
Assistant Director Horticulture MSc (Horticulture/Agriculture) Minimum 5 years experience in landscaping, plantation, green belt development, parks maintenance, irrigation systems, contractor supervision, budgeting for horticulture works, and beautification of large housing societies/public spaces. 45
Assistant Director Finance MBA (Finance)/M.Com Minimum 5 years experience in accounting, budgeting, financial controls, ERP-based financial systems, reconciliation, financial reporting, audit coordination, and handling payments in public/corporate sector organizations. Exposure to housing development sector finance preferred. 45
Assistant Director Legal LLB/LLM Minimum 5 years experience, including legal practice before High Court. Experience in drafting legal documents, contracts, replies to legal notices, handling property-related litigation, and supporting senior legal officers in organizational legal matters. 45
Assistant Director Human Resource MBA (HRM)/Equivalent Minimum 5 years experience in HR operations, including recruitment, promotions, performance appraisal systems, disciplinary proceedings, service regulations, ERP-based HR systems, manpower planning, and coordination with finance and management in structured public/corporate organizations. 45

Salary & Service Tenure

  • Salary Package: Attractive, with fringe benefits as applicable.

  • Service Tenure: Initial 5-year contract, extendable based on performance, maximum up to 15 years.
