Vacant Positions

Applications are invited from eligible candidates holding domicile of Sindh Province for the following vacant positions in the Monitoring & Evaluation Cell, Planning & Development Department. Applications must be submitted within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this advertisement.


Position Details

1. BPS-14 Position

  • Number of Posts: 02

  • Age Limit: Minimum 21 years – Maximum 28 years

  • Educational Qualification & Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), BBA, Accounting & Finance, or equivalent qualification with at least Second Division from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).


2. Computer Operator (BPS-11)

  • Number of Posts: 02

  • Age Limit: Minimum 21 years – Maximum 28 years

  • Educational Qualification & Requirements:

    • Graduate with at least Second Division from an HEC-recognized university.

    • Six (6) months certificate course in MS Office from a recognized institute.


General Instructions

  1. Candidates meeting the above criteria must apply through the Government of Sindh Job Portal:
    http://www.sindh.gov.pk

  2. Applicants must have passed the Graduation Category General Screening Test conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with a minimum of 50% marks and possess a valid certificate issued by STS.

  3. Age relaxation will be granted as per Government of Sindh rules and in accordance with the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department notification (SOII (SGA&CD) 5-64/2011), and Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion & Transfer) Rules, 2024. Age will be calculated as of the closing date for submission of applications.

  4. Quotas reserved for initial appointments will be observed in accordance with Government of Sindh laws, rules, and policies.

  5. Candidates already serving in government departments must apply through proper channel and obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC). The original NOC must be presented at the time of interview before the Departmental Selection Committee.

  6. Appointment will be made in accordance with the Government of Sindh policy dated April 26, 2023, and under the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973 (as amended from time to time).

  7. Candidates must appear for interview before the Departmental Selection Committee with original documents as per the schedule uploaded on the Job Portal.

  8. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
