Vacant Position Announcement

Applications are invited from eligible candidates holding domicile of Sindh Province for the following vacant positions in the Auqaf Wing of the Auqaf, Religious Affairs, Zakat & Ushr Department.

Candidates must apply within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement and meet the required qualifications mentioned below.

General Instructions

  1. Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria must apply through the Sindh Government Job Portal:

  2. Candidates must have passed the SIBA Testing Services (STS) general screening test with at least 40% marks and possess a valid STS score certificate, where applicable.
  3. The age limit will be calculated as per the last date of application submission in accordance with the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024.
    Age relaxation will be granted as per Government of Sindh (Services, General Administration & Coordination Department) rules.
  4. Quotas for women, minorities, and differently-abled persons will be observed according to Government of Sindh policies.
  5. Candidates already in government service must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.
  6. Recruitment will be made in accordance with the Government of Sindh recruitment policy (notified on April 26, 2023) and the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, along with its amendments.
  7. Candidates must appear before the Departmental Selection Committee for interviews with original documents, as per the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
  8. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
