Applications are invited from local Domicile Holders of Makran Division (Kech, Gwadar, Panjgur) to fill the following vacant positions in the Revenue Department, Makran Division.

Vacancy Details & Eligibility Criteria

1. Accountant (BPS-14)

• Total Vacancies: 01

• Distribution by Office:

• Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (B.B.A) from a recognized university.

  • 3-month Accounts Automation Computer course from a recognized institute.

2. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

• Total Vacancies: 39

• Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • Higher Secondary School Certificate (Intermediate) from a recognized board.

  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute (wpm) in both English and Urdu.

  • Preference will be given to candidates who know IT/Computer software.

3. Data Entry Operator (BPS-12)

• Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • Higher Secondary School Certificate (Intermediate) from a recognized board.

  • 1-year Computer Science or IT Diploma from a recognized board.

  • Typing speed of 60 words per minute (wpm) in both English and Urdu.

  • Preference will be given to candidates who know IT/Computer software.

4. Assistant Computer Operator (BPS-12)

• Total Vacancies: 01

• Distribution by Office:

  • Commissioner Office Makran Division: 01

• Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • Higher Secondary School Certificate (Intermediate) from a recognized board.

  • 1-year Computer Science or IT Diploma from a recognized board.

  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute (wpm) in both English and Urdu.

  • Preference will be given to candidates who know IT/Computer software.

Test and Recruitment Methodology

• (a) Appearance in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) / Online Recruitment Test is mandatory for all applicants.

• (b) The online recruitment test will be conducted at the University of Turbat. The exact date and time will be announced separately.

• (c) The test will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

• (d) The CBT results will be compiled and announced immediately after the completion of the test.

• (e) Merit lists will be displayed transparently.

• (f) Appointment Orders will be issued directly to the successful candidates based strictly on the merit of the online test.

• (b) Applications submitted by hand, courier service, or email will not be accepted.

• (c) All applications must be submitted on or before the deadline: July 6, 2026.

• (d) Applications received after the deadline will be automatically rejected.

• (e) Ensure all required information and documents are correctly uploaded before final submission.

Terms & Conditions

1. Domicile Requirement: All candidates must possess a local/permanent residence certificate (Domicile) of the districts of Makran Division (Kech, Gwadar, Panjgur).

2. Quotas: Specific quotas for disabled persons, women, and minorities will be strictly implemented according to government rules.

3. Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 28 years old as of July 6, 2026. General age relaxation will be granted according to the current policy of the Government of Balochistan.

4. Original Documents: Candidates must bring their original educational and professional documents at the time of the test.

5. In-Service Employees: Government servants must apply through the Proper Channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) before final deployment.

6. No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance or Daily Allowance will be paid to candidates appearing for the test.

7. Authority Rights: The department reserves the right to increase, decrease, postpone, or cancel the number of posts without assigning any reason.
