Establishment of Change Management Unit (CMU)

Project Details

  • Objective: Formation of a Change Management Unit under the Public Sector Development Program (PSDP) to enhance ICT Police operations in Islamabad.
  • Duration: Initially 1 year, extendable until project completion.
  • Recruitment Framework: Contractual positions under the PPS (Project Pay Scale) system.
  • Key Requirement: Candidates must fulfill eligibility criteria in education and experience.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

1. Cyber Security Specialist

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent (HEC recognized).
    • Strong foundation in cyber security practices.
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years in handling mobile data acquisition (Android & iOS).
    • Proficient in tools like UFED, Oxygen Magnet AXIOM, MSAR X.
    • Experience in forensic data handling and core Python programming concepts.
  • Skills:
    • Understanding of system hardware and software integration.
    • Expertise in configuring servers, RAID, and desktop hardware components (RAM, GPUs, etc.).

2. Python Developer

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years in software development and maintenance.
    • Proficiency in front-end and back-end development using Python.
  • Skills:
    • Knowledge of programming fundamentals, exception handling, and data structures.
