In 2026, FPSC continues its transparent and merit-based recruitment process, ensuring that only the most qualified candidates are selected for federal service.
What is FPSC General Recruitment (GR)?
General Recruitment (GR) refers to the hiring process conducted by FPSC for BS-16 and above posts in federal departments. These jobs are advertised regularly and candidates are selected through a competitive process.
FPSC conducts:
- Screening (MCQs) tests
- Descriptive exams (if required)
- Interviews
- Final merit-based selection

- Serial no
- Candidate roll number
- Name of the candidate
- Domicile
The remaining candidates in the instant candidates in order of merit or failed in interview. It may be noted that no further written communication shall be made in this regard.
