Documents Required for VU Admissions

• Candidates CNIC card or B-Form
• Previous academic transcripts
• Passport sized photographs with blue background
• Equivalence certificate from HEC if applying candidate has A/O Level or foreign qualification.

VU BS Programs Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 50% are required in Intermediate or A-level for admission in BS programs
• Or must have completed an associate degree program with minimum 45% marks from an HEC recognized institute.

VU B.Ed Programs Eligibility Criteria:

• For B.Ed. (Hons.) Elementary (4-year) and B.Ed. (Hons.) Early Childhood Care and Education (4-year), minimum Intermediate/ 12 years or equivalent qualification is required with at least 45% marks.
• For B.Ed. Elementary (2.5-year), minimum BA/ B.Sc. (equivalent to 14 years of education) with at least 45% marks or CGPA 2.0 out of 4 is required from a recognized university/institution.
• For B.Ed. Secondary (1.5-year), minimum MA/M.Sc. (Equivalent to 16 years of education) with at least 45% marks or CGPA 2.0 out of 4 is required.

VU Diploma Programs Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Bachelor’s or Associate degree from a recognized university/ institute in any discipline with at-least 45% marks or with GPA 2.0 out of 4.0 are eligible to apply for admission.

VU Specialization Certificate Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 16-Year of Education with any subjects from a recognized university/ institute with at-least 45% marks or CGPA 2.0 out of 4.0 are eligible for admission.

Virtual University Application Process:

• Sign up for an account on virtual university admission portal.
• Fill in the asked details to successfully create your account.
• Then start filling out the spring admission 2023 application form.
• Provide all the scanned copies of requested documents.
• Generate the application fee challan.
• Submit the application fee of Rs 500/- (application fee submission details can be seen on the challan form)
• Upload the paid receipt of application fee challan to successfully submit your application.

Important Instructions:

• Candidates can also apply for the BS programs through entry route option in the 5^th semester.
• Students can apply for the exit who have at least completed four semesters of the BS programs along with minimum required credit hours for associate degree. (only in hardship cases)
• For biosciences programs the merit will be determined for each city of Pakistan. If any candidate wants to apply for more than one city, must apply separately.
