University of health sciences has issued the provincial list for the open merit MBBS/BDS seats in the public sector medical and dental colleges in Punjab. According to the merit 4,500 candidates have been selected for the seats available in the medical colleges across the province. Through the merit list, the applicants can learn about the aggregate announced by the UHS. The merit for the medical degree programs has been devised by considering the SSC marks, HSSC marks, and MDCAT marks. The aggregate of the first merit list starts from 97.88% and ends at 90.93%.
Instructions For Candidates
The issued list is provincial and is subject to correction in the case of any mistakes and omissions. The University of Health Sciences has the right to revise the list if a lapse is brought to notice within the due time. If the candidate is found ineligible at any stage of the admission he/she will be disqualified to secure admission in the medical and dental college. The candidates can submit the complaint against the error, mistake, fraud, and omission in the first provincial merit list by 25th January 2021. The candidates have to attach proof in the support of the claim otherwise the application will be rejected. Moreover, the candidates are required to submit the online application form and physical appearance is not allowed due to the spread of the coronavirus pandemic. No complaint will be entertained received after 05:00 PM on 25th January 2021. After the necessary amendment, the merit list will be displayed according to the schedule.
Merit List For AJK Nationals
The University of Health Sciences has also announced the merit list for the MBBS/BDS session 2020-21 for the AJK nationals. The candidates can check the merit lists to get to know about their selection. In the case of any error, the students can submit the application form to the concerned authorities so that the errors can be corrected before the due date.
