UHS Announces Admission in Medical Teaching Certificate Course

University of Health Sciences has announced the admission in the medical teaching certificate course. The candidates are required to check the details of the admission and apply accordingly. The course is aimed to offer the basic skills and the knowledge to the medical teachers so that they can pursue a successful medical teaching career. The duration of the course is six months that will be taught in two blocks in which the candidates are professionally trained. As per the instructions of the officials, there would be a gap of three months in two blocks of the course. In the interval, the students have to submit the online assignments assigned by the professors. Moreover, the candidates are also informed that the attendance and the submission of the assignment are necessary for the successful completion of the course. 

Details of Course

According to the eligibility criteria the applicants should be employed as a senior registrar, demonstrator, assistant, or associate professor in any medical or dental college/ teaching hospital. It is mandatory for the candidates to fall into the announced criteria otherwise they will not be to secure admission in this program. The fee of the course is Rs. 40,000 which must be submitted at the start of the course. 

Submission Of Application Form

To apply for this program the candidates have to submit the online application form through the UHS web portal. Along with the hard copy of the application form, the attested copies of the academic documents, experience certificates, CNIC and passport size photographs must be sent to the office of the admin and human resource director. The last date to apply for the medical teaching course certificate is 8th January 2021. After reviewing the submitted application forms the UHS will call only the shortlisted candidates for the final selection.
