Professor (BPS-20) – 45 Posts

Candidates must hold a Ph.D. or M.Phil in the relevant subject from an HEC-recognized university, coupled with 17 years of teaching experience in recognized colleges, universities, or institutes. Additionally, applicants must have at least 8 research publications in HEC-recognized journals. The age limit for this grade is 40-50 years.

• Subject-wise breakdown for Professors includes:

  • Computer Science: 5 posts (3 male, 2 female)

  • English: 3 posts (2 male, 1 female)

Associate Professor (BPS-19) – 39 Posts

Applicants require a Ph.D. or M.Phil in the relevant subject with 12 years of teaching experience and a minimum of 4 research publications in HEC-recognized journals. The age bracket is 35-45 years.

• Notable quotas for Associate Professors include:

  • Computer Science: 50 general merit posts (31 male, 19 female) + disable and minority quotas.

  • Physics: 17 general merit posts (9 male, 8 female).

  • Economics: 18 general merit posts (10 male, 8 female).

Assistant Professor (BPS-18) – 80 Posts

This grade requires a Ph.D. or M.Phil in the relevant subject, 5 years of teaching experience , and at least 2 research publications in HEC-recognized journals. The age limit is 30-40 years.

• High-demand subjects for Assistant Professors:

  • Computer Science: 102 posts (63 male, 39 female) + separate disable and minority quotas.

  • English: 47 posts (30 male, 17 female).

  • Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics: 35 posts each.

  • Economics: 29 posts.

Population Welfare Department Vacancies

The Population Welfare Department is recruiting for 55 posts of Assistant Director (Medical) (Female) / Deputy DPWO / Field Medical Officer (BPS-17) .

• Qualification: MBBS from a recognized university, completion of a one-year house job (preferably in Gynecology, Obstetrics, or Anesthesia), and valid registration with the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC).

• Quota Distribution: 51 general merit female posts, plus 1 each for differently-abled and minority female quotas.

• Age Limit: 21-35 years.

Women Development Department Openings

The Women Development Department has announced multiple positions in BPS-17:

1. Medical Officer (Day Care Center) – 1 post: MBBS degree with PMDC registration and 2 years of experience as a Pediatrician . Age limit: 21-28 years. (Female general merit).

2. Assistant Director (WE&P) – 8 posts: Master’s degree (16 years) in Sociology, Social Work, Criminology, Gender Studies, or Women’s Studies (minimum 2nd division or equivalent CGPA). Age: 21-28 years. Open to male/female general merit, female quota, and differently-able persons.

3. Psychologist (Women Complaint Cell) – 24 posts: Master’s or 16-year Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (minimum 2nd division). Age: 23-30 years. (Female general merit, minority, and differently-able quotas).

4. Law Officer (Women Complaint Cell) – 2 posts: LLB (2nd division or equivalent) plus 5 years of standing bar experience as an Advocate. Age: 26-35 years. (Female general merit).
