Sheikh Fatima Institute Of Nursing And Health Sciences & Sheikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore Admissions Are Open Now

Sheikh Fatima institute of nursing and health sciences & Sheikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore affiliated with University of Health Science admissions are open now for the BS (Honors) Medical Laboratory Technology Course (Four years) for session 2019 to 2023. All interested male and female candidates are encouraged to submit their application forms for admission.

Eligibility Criteria For BS MLT

1. Candidate must have passed F.Sc (Pre-medical) with 50% marks
2. F.Sc Medical Laboratory Technology with 50% marks
3. Only Quran Hafiz will get 20% extra marks along with the marks of F.Sc

Entry Test For BS MLT

All candidates are required to pass entry test for admission which is going to be based on F.Sc premedical course books of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and English.

Entry Test will be based on objective type question for each course section.

Admission Schedule Of BS MLT

1. Candidates are informed to collect admission forms from accounts section with a fee charge of PKR 500/-
2. The challan fee can be submitted in the National Bank of Pakistan Sheikh Zayed Hospital Lahore branch account number 1668-9.
3. All admissions will be based on merit that includes matric marks, FSc marks, and Entry test marks. However, Quran Hafiz will be given extra 20% marks along with these marks.
4. Application forms will be submitted along with the required documents.
5. Incomplete forms and forms with incomplete documents will not be accepted.
6. For male and female students institute will not provide the facility of the hostel.

Entry Test List & Details

The list for entry tests will be displayed on Thursday 5^th December 2019.

The entry test will be conducted in Sheikh Fatima institute of nursing and health sciences, Lahore on Sunday 8^th December 2019 in the morning.

1. First Merit List

The first merit list of successful candidates will be displayed on Wednesday 18^th December 2019. Selected candidates from the first merit list will be able to submit the admission fee only till Monday 23^rd December 2019.

1. Second Merit List

The second merit list of successful candidates will be displayed on Thursday 26^th December 2019. Selected candidates from the second merit list will be able to submit the admission fee only till Monday 30^th December 2019.

Last Date Of Application Submission

All applicants are advised to submit application forms before the last date of application submission which is Monday 25^th November 2019. After the last date of application form submission, no applications will be entertained to accept.

Starting Date For BS MLT Classes

The class session for BS Medical Laboratory Technology will start from Wednesday 1^st January 2020. However,  no personal notification will be given to any student for the starting of a new session.
