The Punjab Public Service Commission has announced the latest job opportunities 2021 for the candidates. The interested candidates are informed to check the job requirements before applying. Throughout the year the PPSC announces various job vacancies so that the candidates that are in the search of the job can apply according to their qualifications and experience. The male and female candidates are eligible to apply for the vacant positions. It is mandatory for the candidates to meet the eligibility criteria announced for the particular job position. The candidates from any district of Punjab can submit the application form as per the instructions provided by the concerned authorities.
PPSC Jobs 2021
Following are the jobs announced by the PPSC in the various departments in which the candidates can apply as per the instructions provided by the commission.
Housing Urban Development and Public Health Engineering Department
Assistant Director Engineering (Civil) (BS-17)
The required qualification for this post is a bachelor's in civil engineering from a recognized university. The age limit for males is 30 years and the age limit for a female is 33 years.
Assistant Director Engineering (Mechanical) (BS-17)
To apply for this post the candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the recognized university. The age limit for the male candidates is 30 years and for female candidates is 33 years.
Assistant Director Engineering (Environmental) (BS-17)
The candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering to apply for the post of assistant director of engineering. The age limit for males is 30 years and the age limit for a female is 33 years.
Punjab Land Authority
Intelligence Officer (BS-20)
The candidates must be ex-force security personnel with intelligence courses along with 1 year of experience of the same nature. The age limit for the male and female candidates is 35 to 55 years.
Agricultural Department
Agricultural Officer (BS-17)
The candidates should have done MSc Agriculture/Horticulture/Floriculture to apply for the post of agricultural officer in the agriculture department. The age limit for male candidates is 40 years and for female candidates is 43 years.
Specialized Health Care and Medical Education Department
Senior Registrar Orthopedic Surgery (BS-20)
The candidates must have done MBBS or equivalent medical qualification from the institutes recognized by the Pakistan Medical Commission and postgraduate qualification of FCPS/MS/FRCS/MD/Diplomat of American Board in the respective specialty or equivalent medical qualification in the respective specialty from the Pakistan Medical Commission. The age limit for the male candidates is 50 years and for the female candidates is 53 years.
Women Development Department
Programmer (BS-17)
To apply for this post the candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or BS IT from the recognized university or Higher Education Commission and one year of experience in software development. The age limit for males is 35 years and for a female is 38 years.
Application Procedure
• The candidates have to submit the online application form through the web portal PPSC.
• The last date to apply for the available vacancies is 25th October 2021 so the candidates are required to submit the application form before the last date.
• Employees of Semi-Government and Autonomous Bodies of Federal Government or Provincial Government and those of Local Bodies are not entitled to age concession for the period of their service in such organization.
• The PPSC will inform the candidates about the schedule of the written test and interview.
• The candidates are directed to follow the instructions provided by the commission to avoid any inconvenience.
