Pakistan Medical and Dental Commission in Action 15 Medical College’s Registration Cancelled

Pakistan Medical and Dental Council have cancelled the registration of 15 medical colleges. The Pakistan Medical and Dental council’s AD HOC committee held a meeting in which the brigadier Hafeez-ur-Rehman was appointed as a registrar again. His contract has been extended for 90 days. It was decided in the meeting that the students of these colleges will be shifted to other colleges where seats will be available and spare after the restoration of PMDC the decision of PMC has been banned and PMDC has cancelled the registration of 15 colleges registered by Pakistan medical College.

Following college’s registration has been cancelled by the registrar of PMDC brigadier Hafeez-ur-Rehman.

PMDC ordered to solve the matter of registration of medical colleges: Islamabad high court

One of the college management has filed a petition against PMDC against the cancellation of their registration. The Islamabad High Court on Thursday directed the PMDC to decide about the college registration by 20 May 2020. Justice Mohsin Kiyani heard the petition of the college. The petitioner said that the college has admitted the students after getting recognition by PMC. The Pakistan Medical Commission registered the college and after that they admitted 70 medical students, the PMC has been terminated and the PMDC has cancelled its registration. The court has now ordered the PMDC to submit its answer till 20th May and make some decisive action against their decision.
