PMC Issues Statement Regarding MDCAT Result 2021

The Pakistan Medical Commission has issued a statement regarding the MDCAT Result 2021. According to PMC, the result of the MDCAT 2021 will be announced in the next week. Earlier the medical commission had held the medical entrance exam for the students that want to take admission in the medical and dental college. The test was held according to the provided schedule from 30th August 2021 to 30th September 2021. After the commencement of the test, the students have been waiting for the issuance of the result of the medical entrance exam.

Post Exam Analysis

As per the announcement made about MDCAT 2021, the PMC said that currently, MDCAT is going through an independent third-party post-exam analysis according to the international standards. It has been said that the option to review and download the MDCAT result has been suspended till the completion of the post-analysis of MDCAT. After the completion of this process, the final result will be declared by the end of the week. The PMC added that the applicants appearing for the 9th October 2021 exam will get the final result. 

Statement Issued By Dr. Faisal Sultan

Dr. Faisal Sultan, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on National Health Services, Regulations, and Coordination had earlier said that the post-exam analysis is carried out to ensure transparency in the examination system so that the eligible candidates can take admission in the medical and dental colleges. Dr. Faisal Sultan said that various other steps have also been taken to facilitate the students. He added that the analysis will be empowered completely to analyze the MDCAT exam freely and the marks will be awarded to all the students on the doubtful questions. It has also been clarified that the marks will be also given to all the students in case of more than one correct answer in the multiple-choice questions.
