Lahore: Pakistan in association along with Sri Lanka will develop educational video content, educational programmes as well as course material for online courses.

This joint project was shared in a meeting between officials of Virtual University of Pakistan (VU) and Dharmavahini Foundation of Sri Lanka on Thursday.

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between the two institutions to telecast educational material through satellite television network in both countries.

Both institutions agreed to develop educational content for a television channel, sharing of video lessons with subtitles together with the course material.

With the help of development of educational programmes, individuals as well as schools in Pakistan and Sri Lanka will be able to receive education via television.
