NCOC Issues Covid Guidelines For Students And Teachers For The Conduction Of SSC And HSSC Examinations 2021

The national command and operation center has issued the COVID guidelines for students and teachers for the conduction of SSC and HSSC annual examinations 2021. The IPEMC meeting was held on 2nd June 2021 in it has been said that the exams will be held according to the announced schedule. The date sheet has been provided by all the educational boards and exams will be held at the appropriate time. Moreover, there will be strict implementation of SOPs in all the examination centers so that the spread of coronavirus can be minimized. 

Guidelines

All the students are directed to wear the mask and maintain social distance. The vaccinated teachers and staff members will be employed at each exam center. The number of entry points will be increased for each examination center to mitigate the chances of spreading the disease. The thermal screening will be done at each center. The regular cleaning of the examination hall will be ensured throughout the conduct of exams.

Instructions Issued for Students

The students will not be allowed to share the stationery items during the exams. The students have to bring the water bottle inside the examination hall. The authorities have also made the arrangements so that the candidates can leave after the completion of the paper in a hassle-free manner. 60 students will be allowed to sit in one examination center. The federal ministry of education has approved the video of the model exam center that will be circulated by the secretary IBCC to all the federating units for implementation. The random survey will be held by the minister of education to monitor the SOPs during the exams. The district administration will help the education department with the smooth conduction of matric and intermediate annual exams 2021. Under the COVID environment, additional measures can also be incorporated by the authorities.
