Karachi, Federal Urdu University of Arts, Sciences and Technology Karachi has started admissions 2013 for evening programs. The admissions are open for 4-years Bachelors and 2-years Masters Program.
Faculty of Science has opened admissions in Computer Science, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Biochemistry, Microbiology and PGD in Computer Sciences. Faculty of Pharmacy is offering admissions in Pharm D, Faculty of Arts in Mass Communications, International Relations, Education, Faculty of Business Administration, Commerce and Economics offering programs: Business Administration, Commerce.
At the time of admission Rs. 500/- will be charged as verification fees of required mark sheet.
Admission forms can be obtained from the designated branches of Banks against the payment of Rs. 500. Forms must be submitted in the same branch from where it has been taken. Applicants must submit a separate fee voucher of Rs 700 while last date for submission of application form is April 22, 2013.
Moreover, Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology (FUUAST) has also started admissions in doctorate in the Department of Computer Science at Gulshan Campus. Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Zafar Iqbal inaugurated the ceremony and said that with the struggles of teachers and students the university can meet the international standards with their research work and become a top ranking institution of the country.
Registrar Prof Dr Fahimuddin esteemed the performance of the department.
Chairman Computer Science Department, Muhammad Siddique, Dr Adnan Nadeem, Dr Muhammad Sarim, Dr Kamran Ehsan, Dr Abdul Basit, Dr Akhtar Raza, Seema Naz Siddiqui, Prof Nasir Abbas, Dr Salman D Muhammad, Dr Tauseef Ahmed Khan, Dr Muhammad Zahid, Dr Waqar-ul-Haq, Dr Moinuddin, Dr Irfan Haider and Dr Urooj also addressed on this occasion.
Federal Urdu University for Arts, Science and Technology (FUUAST) has extended the last date for submission of admission forms of BA, B.Com (part-I and II, MA (part 1 and II) and special exam of Homeopathic/external students of Madaris.
The declaration was made by Controller of Examinations, Prof Dr Waqarul Haq on Monday and said that examination forms can be submitted till April 15, 2013 with the late fee of Rs 100.
