AIOU Spring Programs Eligibility Criteria
International students will be accepted for the Allama Iqbal Open University admission if they fulfill the following given criteria:
- For BS Programs: Students must have cleared their Inter/ A-Level or equivalent studies with relevant subjects. The standard marks requirement for AIOU BS admission is 45%.
- For BA/AD Programs: Candidates must have cleared their HSSC/ inter or equivalent qualification at least in 2nd division.
- For PGD Programs: Minimum a second division (45% marks) in Bachelor's Degree/ 14 years of education.
- For Certificate Courses: Most of the certificate courses at AIOU requires SSC and HSSC qualification but some certificate courses doesn’t require any specific education (anyone can apply for them).
AIOU Application Process for International Students:
- Visit the AIOU admission portal to access the Online AIOU admission form.
- Create your profile using your email ID (international students should avoid using their mobile number to create account)
- After successfully creating your account start fill out the AIOU admission form.
- Choose your desired program from the options provided.
- Upload the necessary documents as required.
- Submit your application after completing all necessary sections.
- Click on the fee payment link provided.
- Download the fee payment challan and make note of your challan number.
- Then visit the AIOU fee challan page.
- Enter your challan number and click the "search" button.
- Verify and confirm your challan details with the generated challan, then proceed to click on the "submit fee" button.
- Input your credit/debit card number, cardholder name, expiry date, and CVV code (located on the back of the card).
- Click on the "pay now" button to proceed with the payment.
- Upon successful payment, a notification confirming the transaction along with an Order ID will be displayed.
- Record the Order ID and Transaction Date in the provided space.
- Save the Order ID for your records until your admission is confirmed.
- You will receive an email confirming your admission upon completion of the process.
