Lahore: Chief Minister of Punjab Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif on Wednesday met with the Chakwal girl, Nargis Gul, who obtained 1,004 out of total 1,100 in the SSC annual exams 2016 despite all odds.

As per the statement, Nargis Gul together with her mother as well as other family members had arrived in Lahore on a special invitation by CM of Punjab.

During the meeting, CM paid rich tributes to the hardworking girl as well as the poor family for this exceptional achievement in the matric annual exams, further announcing that the Punjab Government will now bear all the education expenditures of Nargis Gul.

On this event, Chief Miniter of Punjab Mian Muhammad shahbaz Sharif said that the government of Punjab from now will bear all educational expenditures of this brilliant girl.  He furthermore said that the government of Punjab will also provide a free of cost house to Nargis family wherever they want, in Lahore or in Chakwal.

After the fulfilment of one dream, Nargis Gul now wishes to become a doctor and now she is registered in FSc (Pre-Medical) at Sufa College of Chakwal on a full scholarship.

It is also important to mention here that this correspondent was approached by Chief Minister of Punjab’s Special Monitoring Unit (Law & Order) after the publication of the report based on the achievement of Nargis Gul.
