Chakwal: Making her destiny with own hands, Nargis Gul, a girl living in the favelas near Chakwal, has shocked the entire world by getting 1,004 marks out of total 1100 in matric exams 2016.
As per the details, Gul lives in a hut with her her mother near Thaneel Fatohi area in Chakwal district. Gul’s father passed away some years ago, leaving the family totally helpless to face the cruel realities of life.
Though, the young girl and her mother refused to give up in front of the critical conditions and in some way managed to continue with her education.
She obtained 1,004 marks in the 2016 SSC annual exams conducted under the supervision of BISE Rawalpindi board.

After the fulfilment of one dream, Nargis Gul now wishes to become a doctor and has requested the Government of Punjab as well as Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif to bear the expenses of her studies as her family is no more able to support her for her studies.
In the meantime, a local resident has offered full financial support to her, so that she will be able to continue her studies and become a doctor.

Another foreign Pakistani who belongs to the same area has also offered to bear all expenditures for the construction of a house for the family of the brilliant girl.
It is also important to mention here that Chie Minister of Punjab Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has also instructed the provincial Home Department to instantly take steps to financially support Nargis Gul as well as her family.
