How To Submit Application

Applicants with the following instructions will submit their admission application within the due dates:

Applicants will submit the admission application with the following documents:
1. Attested copies of DMC and previous academic certificate
2. 03 attested photographs of passport size
3. Original bank receipt
4. 01 attested copy of CNIC, domicile certificate, etc.
5. Original migration certificate
Applicants will submit the admission fee in the prescribed branches of United Bank Limited, UBL.
The examination fee is non-refundable.
