UIT Lahore has disclosed its admissions for spring 2025 of different undergraduate programs. The University provides the qualification in fields such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Accounting & Finance, and Engineering Technology and Business Administration (BBA). Academic session is going to begin from May 1, 2025. Applicants are urged to apply early to get themselves a place in these much sought after programs.
Admission Process
UIT University Admission process is simplified through an online portal. Applicants have to register on the official admission portal and verify their email and finish the registration by submitting required attachments such as recent photograph batch ad academic records. Application processing fee is PKR 3,000, to be paid at any branch of Meezan Bank. After submission, candidates will have to print the admit card for entrance test that takes place on January 18th, 2025. Next actions are an interview and the announcement of a merit list.
Eligibility Criteria
Admission criteria differs depending on programs. For candidates for BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence degree, Higher Secondary Examination (HSC-II) in Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical, etc., with minimum 50% marks must be attained. For BBA & BS Accounting & Finance at least 45% marks in HSC-II or equivalent is required. There are specific requirements for the Engineering Technology programs at least 50 per cent marks in hsC-II or equivalent DAE. In addition, Pre-Medical students are required to take-up deficiency courses in Mathematics.
